Is bigger better?  We are surrounded with the seduction to have the most: the most money, power, status, respect, etc…  When it comes to God and ministry the question arises is bigger better?  The gospels make it quite clear that God desires that none should die without a life with Him.  So if ‘all’ is bigger, then bigger is better.  But what about intentionality or motivation, isn’t that what really is the question?  Like my good friend Everett indicates, some of us prewired “ambitious”.  These are great questions, more importantly great checks to our own egos.  Our fall focus will be GROWTH.  God Desires to see our students grow with great ambition:

1.  Spiritually individually and corporately

2.  Emotionally (becoming healthy and whole)

3.  Numerically: increasing out sphere of influence from 1 on 1′s to The Plug.

4. Sacrificially:  To live selfless lives for the betterment of our Community: Family, GT, Atlanta, GA, USA, World.

After a year of prayer and conversations Chi Alpha ATL and G.O. at Georgia Tech have brought the two communities together. Pastors Bart Jones and Dale Stephens have been cultivating a relationship over the last few years. Through their friendship God began to show them potential synergy and connection with a collective vision. This summer the members of both organizations gave their approval for a merge. All leaders and staff involved are excited about the potential for the Fall Semester.

Several Years ago a girl approached our Campus Ministry table at the University of Georgia.  She Yelled, “Yeah Christians, I love free stuff.”  But is it really free?  Should it be free?  Nothing is really free.  Even if I give something away for free.  I am paying for said “promotion” to get the word out about our organization, events, or movement.  But what about Christianity is it Free?
